Frequently Asked Questions

We have worked with a range of organisations from Start-ups to enterprises since the last 15 years. We realise the importance of business continuity and understand how important it is for a consultant to continuously work on a project to deliver results. We have clients with whom we have been working for the past 8 years as their extended team; earning their trust.

We assign a virtual full-time consultant on a project [(S)he won't be handling any other projects] so that undue attention is given to a client’s project. Unless the client stops or pauses a project, we don't see a need to take a consultant out of a project.

Having said so, we also ensure that the product and tech knowledge including the environment is retained within more than one dependent resource as a backup. We do this by periodically shadowing resources in a project.

We have been working with global clients across America and Australia for the past 15 years and we have been pretty successful in remotely executing engineering challenges for our 600+ clients in these regions.

We encourage daily standup calls, use productivity tools such as Slack, Jira, Trello boards to keep the communication open and transparent. Also, for our US/Canadian clients, there is always a sync of 3-4 hours for conducting daily standups, addressing any questions or for further discussions.

We ensure that the Account management touch-points take place periodically for any project level feedback.

All our consultants are technically sound and have excellent communication perspectives to have one on one interaction with the clients. There is no loss of information in transit (through another SPOC intermediary). They directly interact with you on standup calls and through the communication tools.

All of our consultants’ (QA, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Devops consultants) efforts are tracked on a day to day basis in a project. We will raise an invoice only based on the efforts being recorded by these consultants.

We believe that each individual is responsible enough to track his work and we promote this culture within our organisation. So in a day, if the consultant has worked for 6 hours we charge for 6 hours; if he has worked for 10 hours we charge for 10 hours. At the end of the billing cycle, we share this timesheet when we raise an invoice for the month.

Of course. You can hire our RoR developer(s) to work during your time zone. Be it, EST, CST, MST, PST, AEST, GMT or any, our developers have proven prior experience working with our clients in their respective time zone.

We use SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL. Depending on the client's requirements, we also develop projects using NOSQL databases like MongoDB.
